4) Our Role Regarding Recipients’ Data
In most fulfillment scenarios:
• The merchant/client is the Controller of recipients’ data.
• Fulfly acts as a Processor to provide fulfillment, shipping, COD (if applicable), and returns handling.
Fulfly may act as an independent Controller in limited cases (e.g., legal/accounting obligations, platform security, fraud prevention).
5) Data We Collect
(a) Account & Contact Data: Name, phone number, email, company/brand name (if applicable), login credentials.
(b) Fulfillment & Orders Data: Recipient name/address/phone, order details (items/quantities/COD value), operational notes (delivery/returns).
(c) Billing & Payments Data: Invoices, settlement records, receipts (as needed).
Note: If you use a third-party payment gateway, card details are typically handled by the payment provider, not Fulfly.
(d) Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, logs, cookies and similar technologies.
6) Data We Do Not Normally Request
We do not normally request sensitive data (health, religious, political, etc.) and we do not intentionally collect children’s data. If exceptional data is required, we apply additional safeguards and lawful bases as needed.
7) Sources of Data
We may receive data:
• Directly from you (registration, forms, support requests)
• From your customers (recipients’ data within orders)
• From operational partners (carriers, messaging providers, hosting/analytics providers) depending on integrations
8) Why We Use Your Data
To provide and operate our services, communicate and support you, billing and settlements, improve service quality, protect the platform and prevent fraud, and comply with legal/regulatory obligations.
